At IPVUHD, we’re committed to delivering a high-quality IPTV experience. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a request.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable time frame.

  • Eligibility Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Verified Payments: Refunds are only available for transactions completed directly through IPVUHD’s official channels.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by user error, misuse, or requests made after the 14-day window.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    Have your order confirmation, the email used for registration, and a clear explanation of the issue.

  2. Send Your Request via WhatsApp
    Message us on WhatsApp with the following:

    • Your order number or payment confirmation

    • The email address linked to your account

    • A description of the issue

    • Proof of the problem (e.g. screenshots or video clips)

  3. Wait for Review
    Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24–48 hours.
